Woods & Winetour
An exclusive visit, in a suggestive itinerary that tells the story of Valpolicella, of the Vaona family, of Novaia, of its wines. A guided walk, among olive groves, woods and organic vineyards in the Novaia Estate.
It follows the visit to the historic Corte Vaona, the company’s headquarters, with the ancient cellar; then the tasting of the organic Novaia wines and the organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Possibility of choosing between the tasting of 4 wines: Valpolicella, Ripasso, Amarone, Recioto.
And the tasting of 6 wines: Valpolicella, Ripasso, Superiore, Amarone, Amarone Riserva, Recioto.
The wines are served with some local products, carefully selected by us.
Winetour
A guided tour, with a visit to one of the organic vineyards in the estate and the explanation of the territory, the characteristics of the Marano Valley and the principles of an ORGANIC cultivation, the indigenous vines, the delicate selection, harvest and processing of the grapes in Valpolicella.

Harvest and Wine experience
During the harvest, it is possible to add to the Woods & Winetour and Winetour an educational and practical part in the vineyard.
