In the Novaia Villa, among vineyards, olive groves, cherry trees and ancient dry stone walls, you will get to know the organic wines VALPOLICELLA, RIPASSO, SUPERIORE, AMARONE and RECIOTO.
During the event it will be possible to join the Taste Workshop: a curious comparison between the Winemaker with NOVAIA wines and the Gastronomia “Toni di Gusto” with the American BBQ, at 12.00, 2.30 pm, 4.30 pm.
The Ticket includes the tasting of 3 organic wines (Valpolicella, Ripasso, Amarone) with a Novaia souvenir glass.
Possibility of tasting the excellence of the Gastronomia “Toni di Gusto” with its American BBQ (Barbecue): Pulled pork burger; Pulled chicken burgers; Vegan burgers; Pork belly with egg salad (for a fee).
